Bosses behind Replay Festival, which was due to take place on South Inch on August 15-16, announced the new event back in November.

The BBC’s Radio 2 in the Park had originally been announced for the weekend before the Replay Festival, but it was moved back to September 11-13 after discussions between the organisers.

It has since been revealed that the Pitlochry-based Replay Music Festival Limited has appointed insolvency practitioners and is entering liquidation, according to The Courier.
The appointment of liquidators comes as hundreds of ticketholders for the event have yet to receive a refund.
Oldham-based licensed insolvency practitioners Bridgestone contacted ticketholders on Wednesday to confirm Replay Festival is “unable to provide a refund” because it is “ceasing to trade, insolvent and due to go into liquidation,” according to reports.
